A key element of our Transition Programme is the time time that your child spends on-site during their transition days. These days provide them with the opportunity to meet key staff, and their Pastoral Leader, to try out the curriculum and get used to the layout of our school.
Transition days will culminate with a Parents / Carers Evening which is your opportunity to meet the staff that will be supporting your child, and find out all of the important information you need to know about your child’s life in Year 7 at Whickham.
This year’s Y6 Parents and Carers Evening was held on Wednesday 1st July.
