We currently have a range of fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic and committed individuals to make a difference in the lives of young people. We place a strong emphasis on pastoral work and the role of a tutor, and use a restorative approach in supporting pupils. The school is heavily oversubscribed and results are considerably above local and national averages, progress 8 in 2024 was +0.26 and attainment figures in 2025 were very strong.
The school has built an excellent reputation for the quality of provision provided to students and we have made significant progress in becoming a place where students fulfil their potential. We want to recruit colleagues who demonstrate the ambition, drive and commitment to play a significant role in continuing this journey.
