SEND Administration Officer (Term Time Contract)
Salary: Grade E, SCP 8-11, £25,992 to £27,269 per annum, actual salary £22,838.96 – £23,961.05
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, 195 days to include training days and 5 additional days to be worked during school closure periods

The SEND Administration Officer will be a key link with the SEND team, preparing documents for SEND pupils such as CYPS referrals, completing EHCP paperwork and ensuring that information held on record is up to date and accurate. Estates Assistant (evenings)
Part time and full time applications are welcome
Grade: D +2 SCP 7-8
Annual Salary: £25,584 – £25,992 per annum (pro-rata for part time working)
We are looking for an Estates Assistant to ensure the provision of a safe, clean and attractive learning environment at our school. You will work as part of a team with responsibility for the maintenance, security and health and safety of the grounds and buildings, to ensure that all of our facilities operate efficiently and effectively.
This is a flexible role that can be tailored to suit your availability, whether you are looking for part time or full time work. Ideally the core hours for this role will be 18:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday, but we are happy to discuss flexibility to suit your needs. Your role will be:
- To maintain, decorate and repair the academy premises where appropriate;
- To liaise with and support external contractors on site, ensuring supervision at all times;
- Regularly tour around the academy, checking for any repairs that are required and ensuring the premises are looking their best ;
- To open /secure the grounds and gates as required;
- Assist in the removal of furniture e.g. for exams and academy events;
- Being vigilant for any health and safety hazards, mitigating risk immediately and appropriately and reporting this to the Estates Manager as soon as is possible;
- To be fully engaged in ensuring the school’s health and safety and other related policies are fully adhered to;
- To be responsible for ensuring that any “accidents”, sickness or spillages are promptly cleaned, disinfected and made safe;
- To complete cleaning duties as allocated.
- On occasions be responsible for responding to the duty phone.
